In-person Interview and Travel Costs

U.S. Commissions:

The basic price includes at least 10 hours of telephone interviews.  We call the subject so no toll charges are applied or absorbed by you. 

If you would prefer to meet with your biographer in person, travel costs will be applied.  (Subjects in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex are exempted.)

We recognize that there are special circumstances that may require a biographer being on-site, and in person, rather than on the phone.  This is especially common with older subjects, who may have illnesses, or difficulties with long telephone interviews.  We will try to be as accommodating as possible, so these rates/terms are negotiable (by special arrangement/circumstance with MyBiographer).  Please be aware, however, that the biographer assigned to you may be working on multiple projects at the same time.  The additional costs per day are necessary because while the biographer is traveling/on-site they are unable to work on any of their other commissions.

You would be responsible for booking and paying for all air travel, car rentals/meals and hotels, in advance. 

- Rental car and meals are billed at a flat rate of $150.00 per day.
- For each day on-site, an additional $100.00 would be billed to you, to cover the out-of-office costs of MyBiographer.

International Commissions:

MyBiographer will accept commissions in most English-speaking countries throughout the world. Please call or email for international rates.
